Software Engineering Apprentice Review

Completing software engineering task as part of a development team. Working with real life projects within the business.

I have learnt many different skills while working within BAE, actively participating in different courses and learning a variety of new concepts from moving around the business.

I enjoy the scheme a lot.

The programme is very well laid out and structured. The programme can change quite often and the organisational structures in place prevent major issues.

I receive a vast amount of support from my managers. This includes managers from all areas of the business who invest time in the apprenticeship programme.
