My role is a manager of a team of 10. Day to Day I manage 10 people in a billing role to make sure our customers invoice correctly first time.
Yes I have learned how to have difficult conversations and how to talk to my team and also the way in which they like to receive recognition. Without the course I feel I would not have been able to navigate these conversations
This is an amazing programme and I am learning so much. I enjoy the workshops and they teach different models you can use in day to day life
It is really organised and you are sent updates and worksheets to complete ahead of time meaning we are well prepared for any workshop and and knowledge work
I receive their full support with time off my day job, colleagues to help support with knowledge work
I join monthly calls with my coach and also I can contact him at any time for support or to ask questions if I need to. They have been really supportive while I have been on the course
I have been able to use the models and knowledge to use in my day to day role and it has helped me navigate unknown conversations
We have networking events at my company and we have a local football team that we support and we can get tickets to go to games.
Yes
It is a good place to work and provides support and benefits. There is also training and development provided should you want to develop
