my role is a central role in WTW i check Market reform contracts for contract certainty and provide functions to the business units to help their work
yes, i have learnt many new skills, including Excel skills, insurance based skills and overall people skills
i find the programme very fast paced and feel i am not given much time to complete exams
a lot of support from WTW
a good amount of support but it is more based around checking i am doing things then proper support
they help somewhat, however my role does not use them a great deal
No
The apprenticeship is sold very differently to what it is actually like
