  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is to ensure that the business runs smoothly, dealing with the admin side. I reply back to emails from providers, I go over to other site and ensure that they have refreshments and everything that they need. I also answer the phone.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt many new skills since I started at Workspace Hub. My communication skills have developed the most as I am communicating with clients daily a lot, also talking to providers over the phone.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am really enjoying the programme, I feel like I am really developing my skills and learning new knowledge everyday. I am enjoying completing the tasks set to date , I feel lot more confident in my work every week.

  • Everything is organised really well , it is really well structured out I know exactly which tasks need to be completed and when they are due. I find the portal really useful and easy to navigate around.

  • I recieved alot of support from my employer , if i have any questions about a topic that i dont quite understand i will ask my employer who is there to help me.

  • I have recieved alot of support from my training provider , we have regular one to one which makes me feel alot more confident knowing that i have someone there when i need the help.

  • I feel like this qualification is providing me with the knowledge and skills that is required to be successful within my role.

  • I wouldnt really say that there is any extra curricular activites to get involved with , we do events for christmas and easter.

  • i would say look at what the company has to offer, make sure you have all the details you need before applying such as certificates of qualifications.
