As a data analyst I prepare data, process it based on specific requirements and then pass on the finished product to another team so that it is used to help understand certain aspects of a job with a client.
I have learnt new skills involving excel, pivot tables, data manipulation and how to use a software called alteryx where most of the data cleansing and processing takes place.
I enjoy my programme to a greater extent as I have been able to find out how to work with a team, and I have developed my skills through the use of different technologies.
The induction for the programme was informative, afterwards the training and support we were provided were built to be able to fulfill our needs as we learnt on the job.
I have a buddy, counsellor and a supervisor, all there to help me and provide support whether it be with any personal issues, work related advice, or help with the technical aspects of my job.
There is a great array of online resources given to us from our training provider. On top of this there is an online forum where common questions can be answered publicly, and my training provider coach is always there to help me when I need it.
I have not really been able to incorporate any of the theory that I have learnt in my qualification within my role so far.
There are many social activities and networking events that are held by my company, as well as counselling days which are fun as we get to meet the entire team we work with.

Amazing working environment with really friendly people. You are supported well throughout training and with regular day-to-day work.
Research a lot about the company's values and mission. Then see if your own values align with those of EY's. Based on this you can make an informed decision on whether or not you would be a good fit in a role working for EY.
