Working on a variety of clients and engagements - working on the job and also studying for exams at the same time
Learnt many new skills - how to audit various areas (including payroll, ticking etc)
I enjoy learning whilst on the job and being proactive / additionally I love the social side of being in the office and meeting lots of new people
Very organised - I am always aware of when my next exam is or which engagement I am on and when
I receive a lot of support - I have a performance manager who is available to help and also have a buddy which was assigned when I first joined
Yes there is a fair amount of support through the college sessions we have
It helps me to understand key terms that I see throughout my work and also the purpose of the work I am doing whilst on the job
Yes there are lots of clubs to get involved in such as social committees and digital groups

Great employer, always have their employees interests at the front of everything - have a great social aspect
