My role involves all the tasks related in dealing with guests since they taking their bookings until they depart or even after their departure if they have any request from their last stay. Main goal is to provide the best experience when their staying with us.
I developed and still my fluency in English, Scottish slang and procedures.
It is refreshing, and at the same time supporting to review what I am doing in my daily basis and trying to improve all the tasks
My coach is making this process more manageable and including topics I am suppose to be dealing with
