SHEQ apprentice, walking site checking for any concerns. Site inductions, filing, updating system information, etc.
Team building, independent working, first aid, fire Marhall, scaffold inspection, confidence building etc.
It can be enjoyable but then some days it really isn't.
the programme is well structured to suite my learning.
There is a lot of support within certain aspects. not so much from my line manager but throughout the company with schemes and mentor etc the support is good
The training provider has been good always helpful when needed.
