I am responsible for business planning, recruitment, training, supervising non-clinical staff and ensuring policies/ strategies are being followed to meet operational outcomes.
I have developed my existing skill set, which has increased my confidence and allowed me to achieve more.
I have enjoyed the course, although some aspects were challenging due to covid/ remote learning
