Includes mostly learning about new things at the moment as i have just started. Usually given tasks to complete with eaudit or kcw (auditing softwares)
I feel leve i have definitely developed my communication skills as i have had to reach out to fellow colleagues for help with many tasks.
I enjoy it a lot, i feel like if covid restrictions weren't around when i started then i would have been able to enjoy induction more but it was still pretty good.
I think it's definitely less organised than i'd hoped it would've been, there are times where i genuinely don't know what i'm supposed to be doing but i feel like if you reach out in advance then it's all good
Loads of support given and from tons of different people like team members and performance managers
There's a lot of support from kpmg bpp team, not sure about directly from training provider
At this point i have only done 2 exams so it's pretty much just setting the foundation for the knowledge and skills i need
Personally not involved in any but there's tons of clubs and stuff
Yes
I think it's great to be able to learn and work at the same time and also to be getting paid while learning is pretty great too
Don't stress too much about it, there's definitely some aspects of the application process that seem complicated but just take a while to process things before jumping into them
