Dealing with compliance issues, complaints, audits and staff queries in accordance to policy. Also responsible for operational duties of community service.
Involved with budget tracking, poster presentation, influence strategy
Really enjoy vladsroom interaction and putting learning in to practice, particularly with the strategy unit.
Issue with timetable meant one unit put on hold after a couple of months so another module could run in between
Always happy to help with programme related projects. Supportive with off job learning. Also morale boosting
