Part of the Enterprise Data User Services Team, managing access requests, data extracts, monitoring user interaction channels, participating in daily SCRUM activities.
Learnt more about leadership and took over as SCRUM Master for a short period of time.
The programme has been challenging, especially throughout lockdown, but I have really enjoyed it.
Very well and was excellent and support throughout the pandemic.
My Line Manager and team have been very supportive and have participated with some of the research for assignments and projects.
Lecturers have been very supportive and approachable if required.
