  • Opening up the club making sure that everything's up to standard for the customers throughout the day, ensuring cleanliness and safety within the spa.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have definitely developed my customer service skills as well as learning all about the fitness industry within a professional setting.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am really enjoying my Apprenticeship. I have learnt so much here physically working and learning than i would at a college. My team members and manager help me when i need it and i shadow a lot of classes and programmes.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I have contact with Lifetime when i complete each module. They have been very helpful. I am also grateful that if i need help there is always someone there to help me.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have more contact within my department LivingWell but Hilton fully support all apprentices and i appreciate being given the opportunity.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I can contact Lifetime via email or phone.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • This has been my first job and i feel its been a great first step to my future.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I attend the Gym and use the Pool when i can either before or after work or when i am off.

  • Yes

  • I feel they are a great organization to work for and no there is always someone to turn to if i need anything especially within my team.
