Opening up the club making sure that everything's up to standard for the customers throughout the day, ensuring cleanliness and safety within the spa.
I have definitely developed my customer service skills as well as learning all about the fitness industry within a professional setting.
I am really enjoying my Apprenticeship. I have learnt so much here physically working and learning than i would at a college. My team members and manager help me when i need it and i shadow a lot of classes and programmes.
I have contact with Lifetime when i complete each module. They have been very helpful. I am also grateful that if i need help there is always someone there to help me.
I have more contact within my department LivingWell but Hilton fully support all apprentices and i appreciate being given the opportunity.
