  • I am a supervisor at Iceland. I deal with customers and I am a manager having to meet my targets daily and improve the team and store alongside my manager

  • I enjoy it as it helps me develop more on the role and it gives you a sight of everything on the outside aswell

  • Very organised. Always helpful and never letting you down

  • A lot of support through my employer and manager and people around me who are above
