    • I have learnt how to take basic requirements and create a functioning peice of software

    • overall i really enjoy the programme

    • The programme is split into several different placements which roate twice a year. i am given two days a week for college

    • we have weekly sessions to do our NVD and placement managers will always be available to discuss any placement related issues

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • during the two days a week at college i can go find my tutor and ask for help with an issue. when outside of college i can message my tutor on teams or by email

    • at the moment some of the stuff learnt at college is quite basic and not relevant to what i do within the workplace

    • Outward Bounds - a week away in the lakes provides an opportunity for team building and networking. stretch assignments are good for networking

    • Pay is very Good, Opportunitys to develop and diversify your skill set are everywhere

    • Make sure to include details about extracurriculars like cadets/scouts.
