Designing, implementing and testing software
I have learnt how to take basic requirements and create a functioning peice of software
overall i really enjoy the programme
The programme is split into several different placements which roate twice a year. i am given two days a week for college
we have weekly sessions to do our NVD and placement managers will always be available to discuss any placement related issues
during the two days a week at college i can go find my tutor and ask for help with an issue. when outside of college i can message my tutor on teams or by email
at the moment some of the stuff learnt at college is quite basic and not relevant to what i do within the workplace
Outward Bounds - a week away in the lakes provides an opportunity for team building and networking. stretch assignments are good for networking
