on a day to day basis i work within the crew to ensure customer service is up to the highest standard.as a crew member my job role is to work efficiently to ensure the work place is as good as possible.
i have learnt many new skills on how to work with people and how to deal with customers. its very much helped with my people's skills.i have also developed skills on how to work machinery.i have developed my knowledge.
i enjoy my apprenticeship very much it has improved my skill sets and has helped my knowledge on hospitality while keeping it fun and efficient.i love all my meetings and grateful for all the help i have received.
my programme has been structured very well i have meetings every month and every Thursday is my apprenticeship day. i have had a lot of help and know theres people there to help as well as a steady routin.
i have received a lot of help from my employer as well as all there shift management staff .they have given me specific days to do my work as well as shown their support and help.the have helped with contracts and helping me with ideas for business project.
i have received a lot of help from my training provider [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] we email a lot to do with work and know i can talk to her and as her about any questions to do with apprenticeship or any problems i might run into along the way.
through what i've learn its helped me better at my work because i understand more about hospitality and the laws i should follow within work.i know now when something isn't right and the values we should follow.
i don't do any other extra curricular activities outside or work or that link to work.

It's a great environment for anyone looking for first jobs or looking for team work and great people.
don't be scared to ask for help or ask questions. know not everyone gets it straight away.
