I am a customer service advisor within multi-channel being first point of contact for our customers. My role varies depending on call, i am responsible for money movement, booking branch appointments, charges and ensuring customers recieve good customer service.
With regards to the apprenticeship - no as i havent had a visit from my co-ordinator and have not started the apprenticeship subjects as of yet.
I am unable to comment regarding this as i havent actually started the programme as of yet, but i am looking forward to getting started.
I feel very valued by Santander, i receive development time and have monthly discussions with my manager on my performance you are always recieving feedback which is good as it will help with knowledge and progression.
Unfortuanatley it is not very well organised. All apprentices had there welcome meeting in January, however there has been no further communication.
I haven't had any support as i havent even picked the subjects i will be focusing on during my time on the apprenticeship programme.
I recieve good support for the role I do, from my manager, csm and our hr team.
I feel the salary could be more for the job we do but with in regards to cost it is enough for all outgoings and any other expenses i have.
Yes, Santander hold community and charity events and also do community work for local communities and schools.
Yes
Santander is a great company to work for they provide you with all necessary training and development and treat employees fairly they are also very rewarding with benefits and pension.
Santander is great for career progression and moving to various departments if you feel like a different challenge, the interview stage can be very scary but all managers are very profeesional and make you feel at ease.
