Lots of support from different people such as skills coach, apprenticeship lead and placement manager. all offer different support and very understanding
My skills coach always answers straight away when i have any questions/ issues

It is mostly up to the apprentices to arrange social events, this could be to do with hibrid working/ the pandemic. We did have an outward bounds, team building week away in November which helped get to know other apprentices, build working relationships

Great opportunity to start a progressive and stable career. Lots of opportunities and friendships made.
It is a long progress but worth the time spent. A great achievement
