  • I find it interesting learning about the area of work, continuously building on my skill set and enjoy working in a fast pased environment, constantly being challenged

  • Well structured so no added pressure on top of workload. We have one college day every 4 weeks with work set between

  • Lots of support from different people such as skills coach, apprenticeship lead and placement manager. all offer different support and very understanding

  • My skills coach always answers straight away when i have any questions/ issues

  • Gives me a broader understanding of the wider business and how it works

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • It is mostly up to the apprentices to arrange social events, this could be to do with hibrid working/ the pandemic. We did have an outward bounds, team building week away in November which helped get to know other apprentices, build working relationships

  • Great opportunity to start a progressive and stable career. Lots of opportunities and friendships made.

  • It is a long progress but worth the time spent. A great achievement
