I am a Business administrator, my daily tasks are dairy management, IT admin, organising travel.
IT skills, record and document production skills and have developed my communication skills.
I genuinely enjoy the programme and think it is a great way to learn whilst being on the job.
The things that factor into my apprenticeship could be organised better, however it is structured well.
I receive plenty of support from my employer, everyone is supportive of my apprenticeship.
A substantial amount given the work load I have, as well as college work.
They give me the knowledge and resources needed to carry out my role.
Yes, there are plenty of STEM activities and events I am able to help out in.
Yes
Great job to be able to learn and build a career out of. Plenty of room to develop and options to grow into.
My advice is to really get to know and understand what you are applying for and know a bit about the company
