I have only had one meeting so far but from what I have looked at on the training packs so far I will be observed assisting customers and day to day tasks in my role
Nothing so far its still early
I like the idea I get a certificate at the end thats all I can say so far
Absolutely! Best company/bank I have ever worked for!
Cannot comment at this time
So far so good
More than I normally would they are excellent in developing me as a person. I recently moved from quite a distance closer to my work and Santander were brilliant about giving me time off or changing my shifts to get things done.
The salary is still not as good as I would anticipate it to be considering how strong the bank is performing and also the levels of responsibility we have to both our job and customer. I would like to see an increase.
There are plenty of opportunities outside of work for local community work and volunteering. I am also play football with some of the guys from work every tuesday.
Yes
I really enjoy my job and others shout be given that chance too
Stay calm and confident and believe in your abilities. Prepare in advance and do your research and you will sail through the process. The managers that do the interviews do an amazing job of calming you down and getting to know you.
