    • I am currently in a Project Controll role. I support team members on their day to day role aswell as having my own actions to complete reatedly

    • I absolutely love my programme i am given time off work to complete any college work, I am always supported. i always have work to complete

    • My programme is very well structured te company understands the requirements and ensures you are prepared for the exam

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • I recieve support on a daily basis. i have ph0onecalls with my manager everyday. i am given an apprentice supporter who I can go to if I have any problems. i am also paired with a buddy who helps guide me through the programme

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I recieve alot of support. whenever i need help I know it is only ever one phone call away and they are always prepared to help

    • i feel the lessons i have been taught have directly enhanced the skills I use on a daily basis. they help aid my job and enable to carry out tasks in an efficient manner.

    • Thier aare plenty of opportunities, for example making newsletters, mentoring other apprentices, representing the company at careers fairs e.c.t.

    • what they said they would deliver on they have done and gone further to help aid and further my career, through some great opportunities

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?

    • Do extra curiccular activities such as NCS or DOFE, theses will help you get in the front door.
