Bloomcare is an qmazing little company looking to expand. I love working for this company and for this team. Supportive and friendly and show appreciation. I have worked for other companies but found this one the best. As a nurse you feel valued and well looked after. Happy to be here.
Learnt more details about what safeguarding is and what abuse is. Learnt about different subjects and enjoyed completing my observations. Discovered new legislations and reglementations. This course helped me explore and have a better understanding of the whole healthcare system covering NHS and the private sectors such as carehomes. H
I was happy to be able to enroll in this programme. There have been subjects that I did not enjoy but understood that I had to complete them to gain more knowledge. It is great that you can arrange with your tutor the sessions and your work time is respected.
As mentioned before the programme is split into activities set by your tutor and planned off the job hours. The programme also helps by providing english and maths courses and exercises when you can choose a tutor and have private lessons. There are online workshops available and much more. H

Everything that I learned during this programme has been useful in my day to day activities at work. It is a brilliant programme that I am happy to recommend. It has amazing tutors that go a long way and they make time for you even outside the planned hours. H
At the moment the company provided lots of trainings, workshops, special parties and activities for staff and much more. Not many companies offer so many things. I suppose this is way the team works great together and everyone is happy to be there. It is a great place to work.

Go ahead and join in. Once you start working for an amazing company, you will never want to go. Always be open and transparent with the company and they will go above and beyond to make you happy and keep you in the team including by making individual adjustments for you.
