As a receptionist on daily I deal with costumer in person through emails and phone I help them with accommodations and anything that is required for them to have a great stay I deal with complains and any inquiries and get them sorted as soon as possible if it possible to do
I have developed my costumer service skill and communication
I have enjoyed it very much it helped me understand what my role requires and how to exel in what i do
It is well organised I can see what has to be done and by when it has to be done and the best part is I can always go back a review
They are 100% supportive and very helpful
She is always there where I need any help and I dont have to worry about anythis as she gives me all the information I need to do a great job
