I have learnt a few new skills since starting my apprenticeship. ] Communication skills and presentation skills are the biggest ones i have factored in. people skills and how to deal with different kinds of situations I have also adapted in confidence and speaking to larger audiences.
I enjoy the program I'm on thoroughly as it teaches you all aspects of the job that you may necessarily not know about. it has taught me alot of different ways on how to build myself and my team up into a stronger team
very structured. we know before hand when our meetings are and how often we have them. we also have planned 1-1's and face to faces. these are all set out and worked around you. so it helps with the work life balance.
Greene king do give out a lot of support for the people doing the apprenticeships. this is from funding to regular meetings to see if you're ok. the gm's and bdms are always asking if they can assist with anything.
my training provider couldnt be better. they set up regular meetings and days to attend to make sure that everyone is on track and ready to complete the program they are on. it makes it a really good experience to always have the communication there with the people running the course
i feel it helps me exceed my role as it teaches me all areas that i probably wouldnt of recognised.
no they're aren't any extra activities that we can get involved in
Yes
they look after all employees with loads of benefits. have a strong communication with employees about the direction of the company they have so many benefits as well as discounts for staff so id say its a strong company to work for
keep an open mind with room to progress as it has so many open opportunities for people to move up the chain.
