  • My role involves day to day running and over seeing of the business cash control stock controls managing staff

  • Yes Communication module was fantastic and different way of communicating and effective communication

  • I wouldn’t say I enjoy it doing contracted hours and this course and running a busy food led pub I find the balance but I wouldn’t say I don’t enjoy it

  • Very and everyone is so supportive

  • Amazing amounts always checks in with me to make sure I’m doing ok with it

  • Lots of my trainer always give me feedback and supports and is always interested in how I’m coping

  • I don’t I have been in the role a long time and done the level 3 previously but I wouldn’t say it isn’t useful

  • Yes you are empowered to do all these things ha but it is all down to us
