My role involves day to day running and over seeing of the business cash control stock controls managing staff

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes Communication module was fantastic and different way of communicating and effective communication

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I wouldn’t say I enjoy it doing contracted hours and this course and running a busy food led pub I find the balance but I wouldn’t say I don’t enjoy it

Very and everyone is so supportive

Amazing amounts always checks in with me to make sure I’m doing ok with it

Lots of my trainer always give me feedback and supports and is always interested in how I’m coping

I don’t I have been in the role a long time and done the level 3 previously but I wouldn’t say it isn’t useful

Yes you are empowered to do all these things ha but it is all down to us
