people skills have been improved and banking knowledge has been increased
like the job but not as happy with the apprenticeship
not amazing. the apprenticeship is messy and confusing at best. different coaches give different information, not everything was well outlined at the beginning
my employer is extremely supportive. offers support, advice and the perfect amount of time out of the diary to complete apprenticeship work.

i don't think it does. while you have to reach learning objectives and link that to your work, its all stuff i would complete without having to do the apprenticeship.
occasionally. COVID has been in the way though so perhaps this would be different in a normal world.
