Dealing with new guests each day, serving food and drinks to our guests,
Yes I have learnt loads of new skills whilst working for whitbread and developed my skills. I started as a team leader and now restaurant manager and all training has been provided through whitbread.
70/100! It’s hard to fit it around my working week of 48hours and it’s impossible to get any of if it done whilst at work. I think a little bit more support from my trainer when needed apart from that I really enjoy it, I’m learning new things.
Very very well organised and structured! Everything is easy to use online, it’s all set out in sections for you so you know exactly where you’re going and what course you’re doing! Each module is different but everything you need to know about your programme is on line for you.
Not as much as I would like to have.
I get lots of support from my trainer to help me complete my modules and ensure that I’m ready
