Producing and reviewing supplier AR&M and Supportability case reports.
I have gained more confidence, engineering knowledge and developed a skillset with toolsets such as ReliaSoft
I enjoy being part of a team and feeling productive
The programme was impacted badly due to covid. The framework is changing after my apprenticeship finishes, away from NVQ. I feel as though development with the course has been neglected due to this.
I have numerous support contacts. However I believe that my skills coach is stretched thin due to the number of apprentices he has
I receive a lot of support such as additional leave from work to conduct HNC and Degree
I believe that although my qualification is good to get into a role, it doesn't actually really help me with the job role itself.
We play football and have had days out doing activities such as paintballing
