Pricing tenders and variations from drawings, going on site and seeing what work needs to be done and how well we are doing, sending valuations and applications for payment
All skills i use here are new as my past job was very different, pricing jobs and making applications are the biggest, understanding contracts also.
It is challenging in a good way as there is a lot of pressure on me to perform for the team and the director, it is enjoyable to see work you've put in be put into practice and made real on site.

I get a lot of support knowledge and expertise wise, I'm left to my own devices a lot but I am given adequate time to do my studies.
