My role within my job, is working on reception. This can be answering the phone, dealing with customers, emails, deliveries. I check guests in and out of the hotel. I also working in the breakfast room, taking food orders, dealing with stock.
Yes my confidence within the business.
I feel like I haven't enjoyed it as much as I thought I would. Nothing wrong with the programme I have just found it hard to juggle this as well as work and home life.
I would say it is well organised.
