  • yes i have developed skills in mechanical techniques and practices through theoretical and practical learning.

  • i have overall enjoyed my apprenticeship although hi believe we could have been given more guidance from our apprenticeship side of work in the later years of it.

  • parts of the apprenticeship are structured towards the start but towards the end there has been little structure and organisation.

  • i have been given lots of guidance from mentors and management but little to none from the apprentice coordination side.

  • i have been given very little support in my last two years while completing my final assessment work.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • i think that it is a useful aspect to having greater mechanical knowledge for my role.

  • i am not aware of any extra curricular activities through my work.
