I overlook all aspects of operations, commercial and admin in my role.
I learned to be more confident in my skills while learning about aspects of the commercial operation that were unbeknownst to me. Upon learning this, I found that I delivered my role better as I understood everything more on an operational level.
I thoroughly enjoyed the programme and my tutor was excellent; friendly and understanding.
The structure of my programme was good, however finding time to do it, whilst also performing my daily jobs was tricky at times.

My training provider was excellent and thoroughly encouraged me at all times.
It gave me the confidence to lead my team as I had a better understanding of several aspects of my BU.
