Yes, I have been doing the apprenticeship for a couple of months and already I am feeling the benefit of increased product knowdge and confidence in my role.
I am enjoying the Apprenticeship program. I am taking a lot away from it. I was relatively new to rile and the apprenticeship program has helped me get a fuller idea on the business that I probably would never if approached or be aware of otherwise.
It is well structured. Tasks are released in bite sizes to ensure never overwhelmed. The only problems I have encountered are from the our end due to staff shortages etc.
They have kept separate and not fully understood what was required. It has been hard getting time Due to staff shortages and getting them to complete their tasks.
Lisa is brilliant at keeping in touch and offering support, if there are any questions that need clarifying or if I need help getting employer to commit to giving me time!
It has forcused on all the areas that help me in my daily responsibilities and to identify and have a better understanding of products and services available.

It is a reliable bank, and easy to manage however there are many things especially with technology that other banks do better
Know your products. You need to be able to approach customers with different products and services, so it’s important that you know at least the basics of why they would benefit from them. You need to allow yourself time, and be relaxed around ques etc because it is a slower pace ensuring customers are seen too.
