I manage crew and run shifts to achieve targets and maintain the best standards for food and customers! I make sure our store is always in the best shape and everyone feels safe and welcomed, alongside of providing great service to crew and customers.
Time management, Organisation, Team work, and I have gained confidence in general. As well as, learning about business operations.
It was difficult at times with balancing my work and the studies I had to do. But it was a great learning experience and really taught me a lot, especially about managing my time and being organised.
Very well, on terms of the apprenticeship side but sometimes my store would forget how much time I needed to work on my projects, etc. However, me communicating to both sides helped keep the balance.
A lot of support, especially when I communicated my needs to them. They were happy that I was going the extra mile and learning more about the business itself.
A lot! My providers always made sure that I was aware of what I needed and always monitored my work ability and needs. They were extremely helpful whenever I needed help as well.
Extremely well. I know a lot more about customer centric operations and how important the quality of food is when running a restaurant. The business operations are so important when knowing more information about running a store to the best of your ability.
Yes definitely. We hold loads of charity events and even football events. All to raise money and help us work together as a team.
Yes
It’s such a great environment, and teaches you a lot of skills that you need in a work environment and outside a work environment. Team work is such an important skill to learn alongside as well.
Be honest, we care about who you are as a person. And also that you can be a team player!
