You can become apart of many development teams and give help to other apprentices around the company by showing them what your area is like. There are social work events organised by most areas that you will work in. Organised social activities such as going to play football together can vary in each area but generally the people you work with become your friends so you can gravitate how much you can do with them by the amount of effort you put in yourself.
Yes
It's a reputable company. If you want to progress onto different areas then you have the backing of one of the UKs biggest companies behind you. British Airways also gives you the option to ,move around internally. If you dont like the idea of staying in one place for too long then you have the freedom to move.
Be YOURSELF. Working with the people in the industry of engineering requires you to have your own personality. Think things through properly when problem solving and dont be afraid to ask for help.
