  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • i think that the apprenticeship is fairly well organised. however there have been at times where it hasnt been as much but that is due to the fact we would go through change for the better which cant always be done at an instant. in the end its all for our benefit

  • 9a. Would you recommend BMW Group to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • its a good apprenticeship with a competitive wage, helps you build basic skills within engineering and further develops you as the 4 year apprenticeship goes on. also once you qualify the wage is better and seems like you are given more responsibility and incorporated in to the maintenance team daily

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?
  • i would say to make sure you apply early. have a prokect yovue done ready for the interview stage if you get to that part. if engineering is something you have a passion for especially in maintenance then this is definitely a place you should be applying for i think its one of the best
