My role when training has finished will be that of a Java programmer. Day to day I am either in base location or at the training facilities going through different modules of training (i.e. SQL, Java, Python, Elearning)
I have previously only briefly worked with programming materials so the whole technology side of it is new to me. I'm also learning how to be a professional in the work place.
It's enjoyable, while the days can be long and take some getting used to, I like the content, style of work and company.
Like a worth-while member of the team who can help and forward ideas.
Well structured in training location but not in the bases
Support is recieved when needed, very impressed
When asked or when I prompt the support will be avaliable, yet I haven't used the support network from Capgemini properly and when I have it's been for things such as expenses, time management etc.
Well for now, after training my salary "should" rise but I have no concrete evidence of it.
