Carrying out quality checks on customer interactions and business processes to provide feedback on the quality program and assist in the creation of training where necessary.

I've really enjoyed the experience and have been allowed to get involved in many exciting projects that have helped the business.
Very well organised throughout the program. However there is a lot of uncertainty at the end of the program and my future within the company.
Lots of support! Weekly and monthly 121s with members of the team as well as them being available for questions throughout the day

Gives me a broader understanding of the industry that my colleagues may not have. Offers me a unique perspective when having an input on group activities.
I'm a part of a diversity and inclusion Pride group which holds monthly meetings and plans events. There is also the opportunity to get involved with fitness challenges and sports groups.
