My job role involves preparing, reheating, cooking and plating food. In addition to this I have to clean the kitchen to meet the healthy standards.
I learn new skills everyday involving the foods and cleaning aspect as well as the legal and money side of everything i gain knowledge on daily. Also I like to find the best and most efficient way to complete every task ahead.
I enjoy my programme as its got freedom I'm not sticking to a strict schedule of loads of tasks yet i do have tasks I need to complete and they are very helpful towards my course.
My course is very structured knowing I'm on track to completing it at a good standard reassures me im organised.
I receive the necessary support from my employer when I need it they are there to help me.
I receive loads of support from them we get a great amount of work completed when we meet and I am able to contact them when I need to if I Need more help.
I feel my course is helping me better knowledge and confident to confirm I know what I am doing day in day out .
The only extra curricular activities are extra tap training.
