on a day to day basis, my role involves answering the phone, helping the customers with any of the questions in which they might have, booking and amending customers holidays it also involves me completing my apprenticeship work and working in the buero and taking customers payments for their holiday
skills- i have developed existing skills by improving my time keeping, my customer service and my patience. New skills in which i have developed is confidence in what i am doing and the confidence in which i am talking on the phone. I also attend internal training calls to further my knowledge on desinantions
I enjoy this programme to a great extent. I work within a great team, the work environment is good and if i have an issue i am not frighted to bring it up. This exceeds all my exceptions , it meets them and more. I am extremely happy within my work and enjoy coming to work
at the start of my programme i had an induction call and then had a series of Training modules to complete. I have great support within the team in store and outwith. I always make sure i have time to study and always delegate my tasks to which has the highest priority
i receive a lot of support from my manger who weekly checks up on how i am doing with my work. I have a great relationship with my coach who helps me out whenever i need it. My mentor always asks me if i need any help o if she can assist in any way
I receive a lot of support from my coach as i am working towards gaining my qualification. My coach is accessible for support whenever i need it- i am never afraid to pick up the phone and give my coach a call whenever i am struggling. My coach's attitude towards supporting me is inspiring and the main reason in why i am doing so well.
what i am learning through out my apprenticeship helps me on a day-to-day basis within my role. i learn how to talk to customers and how to plan their dream holiday. i feel iknow more about my job/role/industry whilst completing my qualification. My confidence within my work is growing
there is extra-curricular activities to get involved in at my work, for example their is a team page in which everyone talks in. Theere is a local community and the location is goof for work nigths out, Outside of work i like to go to the beach, the gym and nights iout

I would recommend T U I , U K & Ireland to a friend as it is an amazing place to work everyone is very kind and it is a friendly work environment. I enjoy working as T U I as no one day is the same every day is different and what we do is very special
The tips or advice that i would you give to others applying to T U I U K & Ireland is that you should be yourself the whole job is mainly about our personality that it what shines through the most. You have to be friendly and approachable for customer to appoach
