  • I have definitely learnt new skills since starting with TUI. I have learnt a lot about customer service and have learnt a lot about new countries and popular resorts.

  • I really enjoy my programme and I really believe I will be doing this long term. It suits me so much

  • My programme is really well structured. Everything is online and all of it makes sense. My coach helps me a lot

  • I receive a lot of help from my employer. She checks up on me to make sure I'm okay and on the right track

  • I receive a lot of help from my training provider. My coach is amazing. I'm always texting her on teams with lots of questions and she is very helpful.

  • My course is very helpful within my role. Everything I learn is going to benefit me when working with customers.

  • TUI is a great company to work for. Although you would need to be really interested in this industry to work here. It needs to be your thing. and you must be determined.

  • Be yourself. Show your bubbly personality through your work. Be honest and know that this is what you want to do.
