  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • undertaking the apprenticeship has meant dusting off my mindset and academic learning skills. With some of the core principles and academic theories that underpin the learning I have been able to reference with confidence in senior HR meetings. Learning about change management has given me the confidence to talk about the projects that are ongoing at work and ask to get involved and it has exposed me to more elements of the business that I would not ordinarily get invoveld with like pensions and reward. I now have a better and broader understanding of different functions and the role they play in for the business and in the employee lifecycle.
