Manage and lead 3 outpatient centres for a private healthcare organisation as well the Therapies department.
Yes, have improved my reflection and evidence collection skills
The programme has been great however there is duplication with the MBA and this could be more streamlined.
Very structured however could been organised so it aligns better with the MBA and prevents duplication.
I've been given study leave for it.

I have been promoted during the course and believe part of this down to my improved knowledge and skills.
Highly recommend it but ensure you aware of the commitments required. You will also need to be motivated to stay on track and complete it.
