I test different types of products to make sure they pass quality standards; so that they can be be given to the patients.
Yes I have learnt new skills such as organisation, time-management, confidence, business needs/prioritisation, presentation and writing skills (interaction with users), analytical method development and automation trouble shooting.
I really enjoy representing the company and experiencing new discoveries done in the lab everyday.
I would say it is quite organised but there can be some communication problems between my university and my work company.
I receive support from my team but would like to receive a bit more help from HR in some occasions.
I receive again not as much support as I would like but it is manageable.
In my current secondment I feel like I can relate it to my role more as I use chemistry a lot more often.
