  • I enjoy the programme alot! My colleagues are friendly and welcoming; always so easy to speak to about anything. I have great support from my manager as well. The learning side for the qualification is also really interesting. The workload has been pretty perfect throughout - never becoming too much for too long that I become burnt out.

  • 9a. Would you recommend BMW Group to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • BMW group is an inclusive, high quality employer. Managers are focused on developing their employees. People that work there are friendly and welcoming - creating a great place to work. There is a focus on helping apprentices achieve their goals and perform to the best of their abilities, however not at the expense of their own wellbeing.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?
  • Check the BMW Group website for apprentice opportunities - that is where most careers are advertised. Don't be put off by the assumption that because BMW makes cars then anyone that works there needs to be a car fanatic - its simply not true. At the interview make sure you have done some research about the area of BMW you are applying to work in.
