My job role is a retail apprentice, my roles on a daily basis are to be able to do different things which i can learn as something new everyday as long as this provides skill and knowledge for my career. this can anything new or old that i know. its something new everyday.
The new skills that i have learnt are a lot to do with off the job learning and for my apprenticeship. this has been learning the system, how to make bookings and how to make payments by phone or face-to-face. this will all help me to do thing by myself.
I enjoy the programme as it allows me new things every day and allows me to be able to use this information for the job, it is my dream job and now i am able to learn new things and be apart of something i have always wanted to do.
My programme is organised to fit all my needs and help me to learn new things for the job, there are plenty of things to help to to learn these things and other staff to watch over me or help me if i stuggle. i have also been sent books and other things to help with me being dyslexic.
The amount of support i recieve is alot for when i need it or when i can get it, this can be for anything that i stuggle with or need help with such as understaning big terms and other things. this can be anything as the other staff all still offer it.
When working towards my qualifications, i get all the support i need with anything that i get stuck on. the help i usually recieve is to get tips on how to improve on something or to understand a task further as sometimes i dont understand certain words or how to use something to improve something.
My qualification helps me to preform better in my role as it provides me knowledge and skills that i need to know so i can do certain things by myself. this helps with my confidence as i can speak to customers more about things as i know what i'm speaking about.
No there is not. there isnt any activites outisde of work as we dont have the time but i think there should be something once a month for all the staff to do together so they know each other better and have got a bond outside work. this can improve the work enviroment.
Yes
I would recommend Tui to many people as its a good company to work with to get your dream holiday all packaged together. you can get a great holiday out of talking to the staff from tui as they can help you to get the best options for yourself and other people.
When applying for Tui Uk and ireland, i would recommend that you revise through different ways of talking to other people so you know what you have got to say and can get the words out right, there are ways to impress certain people by knowing certain knowledge such as certain terms and words.
