My communication and excel skills have improved most whilst at Equans
Very much, each day is interesting and provides a new challenge
i follow quite strict but flexible development programmes that have a clear career progression
a lot, my line managers have very regular catch ups with me to ensure that all is well
a good amount, as I have tri partite reviews to help manage any issues or concerns
I think it really helps to develop my knowledge of the role
We do plenty of social values activities on our contract, I tend to get involved with talking at schools
