    • I have learned a LOT of hard skills, as well as expanded my soft skills.

    • I prefer learning on the job over the learning program itself

    • its very well organised though took a long time to set up

    • I receive a lot of support from my employer and my colleagues

    • I havent really had an opportunity yet for this to come into effect

    • I feel like the qualification teaches me some relevant things that haven't been touched on in my role, but mostly it feels like the qualification comes as a consequence of what i'm doing in my job role so far.

    • Yes, but I dont get involved in them myself.
