Software Engineer Review

I am a software engineer which mainly consists of development work, writing code and doing testing of that code. On a day to day basis i tend to construct parts of applications, but to date havent done to much of that but instead have done alot of testing of functionality created by other software engineers.

I have learnt lots of new skills and developed many of my existing skills. I have learnt alot of coding and development tips and tricks and have developed my ability to present to others in a group.

I enjoy my programme alot i think had i been on any other programme i would certainly not be as happy as i am now and the opportunities i have wouldnt be available to me.

I feel extremely valued by Capgemini as they recognize the work that you do on a day to day basis and reward all hard work.

Currently the programme i am on is lacking some structure but this is because the business are bringin in new ways to improve that and having seen some of these it looks like they are changing it for the better and there is more structure forming each day.

I receive the level of support that i need as judged by myself, so if i feel that i am struggling with something then they are there to help me with what i am working on.

I receive a great level of support from my employer and there are plenty of opportunities to ask people who have experience the questions that i dont know the answers to and there are always people on hand to assist me when i need it.

It meets this very well and i feel that there is no other business/company that would offer this anywhere from when i have looked.

There are many opportunities that i am involved in outside of my day-to-day job role.

There isnt a better package/programme offered by any other business that i know of and the opportunites are far greater.

Be yourself and be enthusiastic, as Capgemini are a very people based business and that is where the sole success of the business comes from. By everyone being themselves.
