  • I am well supported at my company, it is my first job and they were very helpful with my transition within the company, they helped me develop so much since I started, that I don’t remember how I used to be!

  • I have developed many skills, the most important for me were my leadership, confidence, speaking and presenting skills, which were the ones I struggled with the most!

  • I really enjoy my programme, it keeps me very occupied and if I need any help, I have the best support from both university and my company.

  • My programme was well organised, however my site in particular didn’t have a clear plan for me when I started because I’m the first apprentice in my site, therefore we had to try different ways to create a good development plan for mez

  • I receive all the support I need, no complaints at all.

  • I receive the best support, everything is clear and if I have any questions or things I’m not sure of, they are always there to help me

  • It helps me a lot because they are all very much linked, it is good for me to develop a lot in my role

  • Tes, I have many opportunities open for me almost every month, and they allow me to take part in many projects if I’m available.

  • For my first job, I wasn’t expecting to have created these connections within Greencore, they are very helpful and flexible, they really try to help me as much as they can, and they have always helped me!


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Greencore?
  • I would advise you to come with the right mentality, expect to be very occupied and that will take use of your time, but we as a company are flexible and we try to help as much as we can, be friendly and work hard!
